We understand that personal gifting often involves intimate romantic messages, milestone announcements, or anonymous surprises. Your custom gift messages are handled with utmost discretion and sealed inside our wax-embossed heavy card stock. Pricing invoices or receipts are NEVER included in the recipient's physical package.

2. Information We Collect

When placing an order with ZOVOLIO Gifts, we collect:

• Sender details: Name, email address, phone number, and billing information.
• Recipient details: Full name, delivery address, landmark, and phone number for courier coordination.
• Occasion information: Preferred delivery date, time slot, and handwritten note text.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

We do not store complete credit card or debit card credentials on our servers. All digital transactions are processed through bank-grade, 256-bit SSL encrypted PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (supporting UPI, Cards, and Net Banking).

4. How We Use Recipient Contact Numbers

The recipient's phone number is used exclusively by our delivery chauffeur at the time of delivery to confirm gate access or coordinate building entry. We do NOT spam recipients with marketing messages or promotional calls.

5. Client Rights & Data Erasure

You have the right to request access to or permanent deletion of your customer profile and stored address records at any time. Simply send an email to zovilogifts@gmail.com and our Data Protection Officer will process your request within 48 hours.
